Sometimes the fit isn’t right, so here at Romi Studios we’re happy to accept returns on any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels. This applies to any item despatched to us within 14 days of receipt by you.
It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by Romi Studios when sent back, so we suggest using your local post office for the best service and tracking ID.
Make sure you mail your returns back to us within 28 days of receipt.

When filling out the sheet, please make sure you indicate if you would like a refund or an exchange
Some items are not eligible for a return or refund, but don’t worry. We make sure our designs clearly state this for you.
Payments will be credited back to the original purchasers credit card. Returns for refund are processed within 2-3 working days of receiving the item. Please note SALE items are refunded via Gift Cards
Card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary between banks, so please speak to your bank for any more info regarding processing times as we are unable to amend this.
We’re happy to process store credit refunds and these will be displayed as a code in your email inbox. This will be made available immediately after 1-3 days of processing.
We don't take any responsibility for lost parcels whilst being returned to us.

Exchanges take around 2-3 working days to process, plus the delivery time to your area.
It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by Romi Studios when sent back.
Make sure you mail your returns back to us within 14 days of receipt and identify which item you would like replaced.

Feel free to be picky. You can exchange your item for any size or item (permitted it’s in stock) and we send them back to you at no extra charge. We offer 2 exchanges for every item.
If the replacement is less expensive than the original, don’t worry. We’ll make sure the difference is refunded back to your original payment methods. Alternatively, you may refund the original item and then purchase the new, lower-priced item.
We’re unable to accept returns beyond the 14 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after 14 days may be returned to you.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED SUCCESSFULLY?
You will get an automatic email saying your order has been processed. Once the order has been sent to you, you will get another email saying your order has been despatched and we will give you the tracking ID to follow up your shipment.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM FOR REFUND?
If your item has all tags and labels attached, remains unworn, unwashed, unsoiled and is within our 14 days return period please ship it back following the instructions on the returns form. Remember to fill in your returns sheet with your request and put this sheet in your parcel when you return it back to us. Once we receive your return, we will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received it. If no exception with your return is faced your request will be processed within 2-3 working days.
Refunds for full priced items are issued to your original payment method. Refunds for regular sale items can only be processed through a Gift Certificate to be used on our site. If your order had any shipping costs, these will not be refunded.
To return your order, please use a ‘TRACKED’ service as we can only refund items which are returned to us. We don't reimburse you for your postage cost back to us.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
If your item had all tags and labels attached, remains unworn, unwashed, unsoiled and is within our 14 days returns period please ship it back following the instructions on the returns form. Remember to fill in your returns sheet with your request and put this sheet in your parcel when you return it back to us.
Once we receive your return, we will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received it. If no exception with your return is faced, your request will be processed within 2-3 working days when we will send you your exchange item(s). As soon as we ship your item(s), you'll receive an email with the tracking ID to follow up your shipment.
SOMETHING I PURCHASED IS NOW IN SALE. CAN I RECEIVE A PRICE ADJUSTMENT?
Unfortunately, due to the overall high demand for merchandise and availability issues, we do not currently allow for price adjustments.
